"not the best neighborhood"

Brosnan Street is a funny little street, it feels like a bad neighborhood, not as picturesque as much of SF, with graffiti and bars on windows. It is not really an unsafe area, it is just not the nicest. This is a very narrow one way street/alley, connecting Valencia and Guerrero Sts. The townhomes on this street range from somewhat run down and basic to newly remodeled.
