"Quiet culdesac with great price/sqft for Boulder"
These homes have not had much turnover since they were built in the late 80's. Bugle Ct is one street away from the HOA pool which is a plus for kids in the summer. Many lots on the culdesac are huge and tree-filled. Views of the Flatirons are better in the winter when the leaves have fallen. Traffic is sparse on Bugle Ct, limited to the residents' vehicles. This place is QUIET. The location is within 8 minutes of downtown Boulder so upscale restaurants, retail, and business ammenities are within easy reach. The closest grocery store, King Sooper's (aka Kroger's in other parts of the country), is within 2 minutes. Skiing is 45 minutes away at Eldora. Numerous trails and lakes are adjacent to the subdivision, so exercise is easy. Golfers can drive their own golf cart directly to nearby Boulder Country Club. Schools are excellent from elementary through high school, and this subdivision is in one of the few areas of Boulder that allow students to choose either high school, Boulder or Fairview, without having to open enroll. The neighbors are great, aged late 30's to early 50's and get together 1-2 times per year with a big party / progressive dinner or something similar. We will never move.
