"Basic East Bay Suburban Neighborhood"
Calle Verde Road provides a nice, suburban, residential feeling at an affordable price within a stone’s throw of the city. Like many neighborhoods all over the Bay Area, this street offers lovely views of the rolling hillsides, and reasonably-sized homes at an affordable price (I did not personally live here, but had a friend who rented for a while). Many of the homes have pools, and the neighborhood feels warm and friendly. The nearby BART station makes access to San Francisco quick, easy, and accessible, and the 680/580 junction is not far.
