Is Canaryville in Chicago a safe neighborhood?

Canaryville WAS a bad place at one time because of all the kids that was here but I think over the years they changed alot of houses to singles instead of the 4 apartment buildings they had. I had my tired cut on 44th street but I think that was because I got with a girl that another could not touch and he was pissed but that was 13 years ago , since never a problem.

Canaryville is pretty safe. It's not like most of the north side, but it's not known for being a particularly crime-ridden area either. You wouldn't be in any danger walking around there.
