Capitol Ave Northeast
"Great place for beginners..."
If you are new to the area, or if you are single, or without kids, this may be the place for you. There are a lot of apartments in the area, and a lot of them seem to be a bit run down. It is very close, however, to the National Arboretum, which is spectacular, and very close to public transportation.
