"Phenomenal Neighborhood to Live In!"
This neighborhood is called Carriage Hills Estates and is a phenomenal place to live. Crime in the area is low, especially considering it's within walking distance of City Hall and the Southaven Police Department. Next to City Hall a new park has been constructed with walking trails around a lake and numerous weatherproof exercise machines.
In addition, adjacent to the park is the brand new, just opened in March 2008, Southaven Public Library. It cost millions to build and will prove an invaluable resource to the community that wants to better itself.
Housing prices are affordable in this area of the city, which is more established and seasoned compared to the newer neighborhoods popping up all over the eastern part of Southaven.
Access to Memphis is easy as Interstate 55 is less than two miles away from the community. You can even reach downtown Memphis within 20 minutes, but you feel a long ways away from it when at home.
It's just hard to go wrong with Carriage Hills Estates.
