"Close to Airport"
No, not the infamous Hartsfield Jackson Airport, but the smaller Fulton County Airport Brown Field. As such, the noise level is not the best. Of course, its not as bad as if the neighborhood was close to the much larger airport, but an airport is an airport and plane noise is plane noise.
There are some benefits of living in the Collier Heights neighborhood, outside of great access to the airport. Residents also have the benefit of being located to two major interstates and some great green spaces. Collier Heights does not have a lot of qualities to point to that would encourage someone to want to move to the area. Homes in the area are mid to low range in price and maintenance, and not well maintained.
Shopping options are limited, and general amenities are absent.
