Castile Way, Avalon Park / Avalon Pines / Francisco Terrance

I guess you could say that Avalon is just your average neighborhood. Middle class, small families, decent houses.. it's just a really all American kind of place. I liked it there, although I think that it's more for those who are settling down and joining the daily grind. It's quiet, there's a sprinkling of little parks around the area so you see a lot of kids out on bikes and such. I'd say that it's not the most diverse area of South San Francisco, but it's not like they're exclusive or striving for that, it's just how it is. All in all, I'd say it's a pretty great place to live, if you don't like the big city noise.
