"Suburban Living at its Best"
The neighbors on Park Trail are the best. They look out for each other. The homes are very well maintained and the yards are manicured to perfection. Because the neighbors are familiar to each other and watch out for each other, the safety factor in the neighborhood goes up exponentially. Top that off with great community amenities including several lakes, inground, pool and on site child care, then you have suburban living at its best.
Pros
- great neighborly spirit
- great for families and children
- excellent child care on site
Cons
- medical facilities are far
- not close to major shopping or interstates

"Leafy and Green"
Leafy and green is a nice way to describe a great neighborhood. Waverly Lane, in the heart of the Lakes Subdivision, is impeccably maintained; with two story brick homes dotting the landscape. The homes are not too close together, but not too far apart either. Neighbors are friendly and the amenities are great. Just a great neighborhood overall.
Pros
- nicely manicured lawns and well maintained homes
- safe, with security on the premises
- eco friendly
Cons
- not close to medical facilities
- relatively far from major interstates

"Just Beautiful"
Picturesque is the word that describes the Lakes at Cedar Grove and Cedar Court in Fairburn Georgia. Not only are there several wonderful lakes to fish in and picnic around, the community has a host of amenities including an inground pool, play ground, and fitness facilities, there is also on ground security, an active housing and an active home owners association as well.

"Beautiful Community"
Greyhawk Way is a beautiful street nestled in The Lakes; a pristine subdivision off South Fulton Parkway. Although I have not personally lived here, I have family that do, and because of all the amenities the neighborhood offers, we visit often. The Lakes is just as described - a community built around several lakes. There's great fishing, picnic and play areas for the children, and a great family atmosphere. The neighborhood is established and the homes are beautifully maintained. Greyhawk Way is a great family focused neighborhood.
