What is the cost to rent a nice but modest two bedroom apartment?

Centennial is such a strangely laid out area that your question is hard to answer. On the east side of town by Southlands, rents for a two bedroom will cost you about $1,050 for a reasonable size, while on the westernmost side of Centennial they are closer to $950 a month.
