"Beautiful Sunrises Mirroring off The Ocean Surface!"
Chesapeake Avenue in Hampton, Virginia:
A very quiet neighborhood with active families ranging from late 20' to well above retirement age. People know each other here, and when someone is new, it is very obvious. Chesapeake Avenue is in the Olde Wythe Neighborhood that is about to become a modern Historic District in August 2008. The neighborhood has a very active volunteer Neighborhood Association.
While we have chosen this location to retire here, others may have chosen it for recreational purposes. What ever you heart desires, you are amidst it all. Beautiful gardens, nicely trimmed lawns, and some homes older than 100 years is what brings people from neighboring cities to walk along Chesapeake Avenue.
The high involvement of our residents keeps us and the neighborhood safe. Upper-class living, some waterfront some not with home prices ranging from $300,000 to even over $1,000,000.
