"Great views, large yards"
Colby Street runs north and south from Sweeny to Mansell. It is dissected by the University Mound Reservoirs so it forms short, calm residential areas. The street is hilly with views of the bay and downtown San Francisco. The homes on Colby have fairly good sized yards and being on the southeastern slope, sunny.

Colby St
"Nice residential street"
Colby St. is a street that runs into Silver Ave. and then continues a few houses down. It is pretty small street, only 2 blocks long. It is a pretty quiet street and not very busy. The houses here are kind of dull and look the same. They are still pretty nice 2 story houses though. It is very close to Palega Park, which has many activities like tennis or basketball. It is also very close to Bell Markets. Nearby, on San Bruno Ave., there are many businesses and stores. Overall this street would be an alright place to live, and has access to many things.

Colby runs in fits and starts from Sweeny to Mansell. It is dissected in several places by the University Mound Reservoirs. It is a nice, residential street with a climbing grade which gives it nice views of the bay and downtown San Francisco
