Colin Pl, Gravesend

Colin Place in Brooklyn is a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. I think that this mainly residential streets has a lot to offer in the way of housing, and given the exponentially cheaper rents in the outer boroughs of the city, you'd be hard pressed not to find something worthwhile in this popular borough. All in all, I liked the feel of this street and think you should consider it on a move to the city!

In this neighborhood, the F train runs along McDonald Avenue, with stops conveniently located at McDonald Avenue and Kings Highway and the N train at West 7th Avenue and Kings Highway, as well as at Avenue U and West 8th Avenue, not to mention the F train again at McDonald Avenue and Avenue U, keeping this neighborhood very easily accessible.
