"Coveside Lane, Schaumburg, IL., USA"
Coveside Lane is a nice quiet street in Schaumburg, IL, USA, that has no through traffic in a town that has excellent facilities, services, shopping, schools and recreation. There is no municipal property tax. The homes on the south side of the street back to Spring Cove Lake, a private association lake that sports a breeding pair of swans in the summer, ducks, geese, fishing, non-motorized boating, ice skating/youth hockey in the winter etc. An excellent street for raising a family. The homes are large 4 - 5 BR two-story models with basements, only one block from the elementary school, one-half mile to the junior high school and about a mile to the high school.
There's a lot of traffic in the town, due to Woodfield Mall and high rise office buildings, which are located at the far east end of the village away from most residential areas and near the highways. The serenity of Coveside Lane makes one feel like it's country living with all of the benefits of a thriving and robust village having an excellent reputation and great community planning. O'Hare International Airport (Chicago, IL) is about a 30 minute drive away and there's a train station in town for commuting to downtown Chicago. The Schaumburg, IL location is excellent for families, business and access to highways, train and plane travel. An excellent Chicago suburb that has everything!
