"Cheap Condos and Convenient Shopping"
I have lived on Cox Drive for 3 years (lived in Stow for 13 years). Cox Drive (and Higby Dr) have great condos for very good prices! Most run anywhere from $70,000 to $90,000 which is great for single people and retired people. The neighborhood is very quiet and the pool and tennis court are excellent perks!
There is much convenient shopping and dining as well. Giant Eagle (Norton Rd.) is less than 5 minutes for grocery shopping.
The shopping on Rt 59 includes Kohls (my personal favorite), Target, Maurices (clothing). We are even in the process of getting a new Chipotle Mexican Grill (where the KMart used to be). Swensons is another favorite eatery with the best burgers in the world!
The only downside to the neighborhood is that the condos were built in the 70s, so many things are just starting to need to be replaced (water heaters, furnace, dishwashers- all 3 of which I've had to replace since moving in).
Very good value for the money.
