"This street is the most desirable address in the valley."
One of the most beautiful places to spend winter is Southern California, and if you like a semirural life that includes a healthy lifestyle, Crest Drive will surely please you. Most of the homes on the South side of this old street are split level and are situated on lots of a half acre or so. Almost all of this street's homes are custom built and range in age from the early 1900's through about 2004.
The backdrop to the south side of the street is a mountainous area dotted with upscale homes. To the East is snowy Idyllwild, and to the north is the mountain area owned by Sobaba Indians.
Coyotes howl at night and walkers and runners rule the heavily wooded streets by day. We have loved our 10 years here.
