"Historic, peaceful country living...."
Dan Lynn Street is located in the SW part of Brooksville. The neighborhood is peaceful all year long. Most of the residents in this area have lived in the community their whole lives, as well as their children, and grandchildren. So you can't get by without someone watching out for you and yours around here. It's a very safe, family orriented neighborhood. And there is no doubt it is country. There are tall oaks strewn with spanish moss hanging off of them all down the street, so there's plenty of shade in these parts.
We're within walking distance of the City Park, Golf Course, Hardware store, gas stations, Restaurants, Grocery stores, public transportation, and the local farm that opens twice a year to sell fresh corn to the public. There's even a Day Lilly Garden in our neighborhood, just down the street. This is country. Things are quiet and very slow paced, just the way I like it.
