del Monte Ave, Ocean Beach

I have never technically lived on this street, but my two best friends did so I have spent a lot of time in this area. Facing the west, Del Monte has an incredible view of the Pacific Ocean. The street is relatively quiet with little traffic most times of the day. It also has a variety of housing options from multi-million dollar homes to more modest beach bungalow type homes. The closer you live to the ocean, the closer the walk into downtown Ocean Beach which has some great little cafes and restaurants. If you can find a place on Del Monte and can afford it, it is a wonderful place to live.
