Are there any gluten free restaurants or bakeries in Denver?

Udi's has several locations (cafes and bakeries) throughout and surrounding Denver. They also cater so you can find great gluten-free alternatives to serve for Holiday parties, meetings, etc. Also, Watercourse is vegan/vegetarian restaurant with a plethora of gluten-free alternatives. It's one of my favorite places to take my vegan clients.
