The latest quarterly reports have not been released, but based upon the most recent quarter, average days on market (DOM) in the Denver Metropolitan area for Single Family Homes was 40 days (down 40.3% year-to-date). The average days on market (DOM) for Condos/Townhomes was 57 days (down 36% year-to-date).
