"Quiet, Safe, Just off rt.1"
Depot St is 2 miles long, it extends from route 1 (Atlantic Hwy) and becomes Wagner Bridge Road at the intersection of Cross St. Railroad tracks cross depot in the first 1/2 mile from rt 1. this area has an 'in town' feel beyond the tracks becomes a more wooded area. Town water is now available the entire length of the street (not commonly available in Waldoboro). This also brought the installation of fire hydrants. Cable, Cable internet, and DSL are all available. The town garage is on wagner bridge road, so it and Depot st are the first to get plowed and sanded in the winter with the exception of Rt 1 , which is handled by the state garage. The beginning of Depot on the route 1 end opens to The Town office/Police/Fire/EMT. Subway(food) and Irving BlueCanoe across the street. Hannaford is just a half mile down the road.
