Is parking a problem in Douglas, Chicago?

I actually have had trouble finding a spot in Douglas on more than one occasion. I'm not there all the time, but it can be a bit of a pain. I'm pretty sure the Illinois Institute of Technology is there, and I can never find a spot nearby for free.
