"Very close to Jackson Pond and paths; friendly neighbors."
Neighbors are friendly-most have lived here more than five years. Occasionally too many parked cars are near the entrance of the street, but it is not an all the time occurance.
Kids can ride bikes or skateboard as there isn't a lot of traffic, but there is a "problem" house on a nearby court. Occasionally older teenagers/young adults gather, but no real trouble has been caused.

Hi - can you, or anyone else, tell me anything about the neighborhood around Sewells Orchard Drive in Columbia, MD? In particular the southern part of the road between Grimes Golden Ct. and Summer Rambo Ct. Thanks!
