"Not a Place to Live Unless You are a Hermit"
From Washington Avenue to 3rd Avenue there is a lot of construction going on. This makes the place dirty. But as for the rest of the street, it is a mixture of apartment buildings and factories. Some of the factories are bordered up. The area is also dirty. It is definitely not a place to bring up children.
