"A Mixed Bag of Apartment Buildings and Commercial Establishments"
East 194th Street is considered to be a mixed bag of goodies. You mainly find apartment buildings with an occasional store, deli, grocery store, and other commercial establishment thrown in. There is a section of the street between Marion Avenue and Decatur Avenue where the land is boarded up. The property that was there has been torn down. Otherwise, that's about all there is to see on this street.
