"A great neighborhood!"
The streets are a little busy, but traffic noise isn't too bad. Really, it's only 50th and Nicollet that's bad. The side streets are pretty quiet.
It's very close the the parkway and lakes, and there are dozens of fantastic places to eat. The neighboors are friendly but usually keep to themselves. All the yards are cared for and you can tell there's a sense of pride living here.

"excellent Street I think"
As far as I know, this is a cool street... everybody here seems to be OK and not too crazy. Definitely don't take my word for it though, and do some more research.
