East Churchill St
"Low Traffic Street"
Although I’ve never lived here I’d have to agree that this is one of the less congested streets in Baltimore. I ended up using this street as a detour one day and was surprised at the low amount of traffic. I think what surprised me most is that it is so close to so many things and I figured its location would bring in a lot more traffic.

"Simply the best.."
This street is the best street to live on in Baltimore if you like to:
Walk to great food and great bars
Walk to the park (200 yards away)
Like to mingle with your neighbors
Low traffic, we are a middle street that gets very few cars
Like quiet nights.. We hardly hear any city traffic or people (except for us!!!)
Have WiFi access
Mostly in real estate it is location, location.. but also for us it is people, people, people. This block attracts and retains great folks, we know each other have fun and respect each other.
The kid factor is a reason people leave the street, sadly. The houses are not that big save for one or two. So a family of three is hard pressed to stay. But that also keeps the street new and gives it a chance to make most lasting friendships.
