"A nice neighborhood"
Lost of families, retirees, and senior college students. The look of the area is improving with young people moving in and renovating houses. Most of the neighborhood was built in the late 40s, many houses have a lot of charm.
Traffic is low and is relatively low crime compared to most of Tucson. There is a great park for kids and dogs one block to the North in the Mountain/1st Ave neighborhood. The city just put in sidewalks, which makes getting there easy.
Easy walk or bike ride to the UA, city bus line on Copper and Park, UA bus stop on Copper and Mountain. Groceries, pharmacy, cleaners, banks etc in a 5 min drive. Major shopping malls about 15min drive.
