"Mesquite breaks out of Vegas' shadows"
Rising from the dust of the Virgin River Valley just north of Las Vegas is a golfing destination poised to take its place on golf's treasure maps. It is a town of 15,000 people, 300 annual days of sunshine and five championship courses. Labeled by some as Sin City's "little brother", Mesquite's quaint, less flashy town resembles little of the big ticket up the road. Rather, it offers what Vegas can't: a scenic, natural, small town atmosphere.

"Went to a home Auction, nice investment realty"
During my visit to Las Vegas, I went to a real estate auction on E. Mesquite Avenue. There were alot of nice 3 bedrooms homes that caught my eye. I was looking at the general pricing for realty in this area because I considered moving to Las Vegas since everyone tells you that it's the next New York. I love how close it is to E Ogden Avenue, which pretty much runs everywhere. I really think that the home that I selected in this area would have been perfect for me if someone didn't outbid me and get it. They are very lucky because I had some great ideas for that home. The neighborhood seems perfect for young couples. The homes are HUGE. Better bring a big paycheck if you want to own anything in this area.
