East Pine St
"Bars on every corner and lots of police"
East Pine Street reminds me of my college days, even though I was nowhere near this street. The neighborhood bars are a real hit with the local residents of East Pine. Leaving their cars at home, residents trek over to the bars on several corners and stumble a bit home. You really don't want to be driving along East Pine Street even when sober. The street is classic for side-swipe adventures. It is very narrow and when an oncoming car is heading your way, it is best to pull over if you can. Because of the neighborhood bars in the area, there is more police patrol than usual. There are some good and not so spendy apartments along and around the street as well as a good neighborly vibe.

East Pine St
"Good Times and High Spirits"
East Pine Street is a great street. The houses are lovely and the location is close to local bars, entertainment and other various places. My favorite bar called Cuff Complex is located of East Pine and 13th. The Cuff Complex alone is reason enough to visit East Pine street. The bar offers great dancing on the weekends and decent drink prices. If you are in the mood for line dancing make sure to swing by on Wednesday night. Be careful about drinking and driving though. There are plenty of cops around this area. The street is narrow and barely big enough to be called a two-way street. The houses that line the street are gorgeous and most of them look quite spacious. It offers the feeling of a safe environment but an area that is also fast paced.
