East Side isn't terribly expensive anywhere, but 96th St and 99th St are supposed to have a little bit higher priced real estate.

A few of the more expensive streets in East Side are: S. Green Bay Ave.., S. Ave #G, S. Avenue C, and S. Avenue F.
