"Residential and Nice"

East Squire Avenue is a residential street featuring single-family homes and rental duplexes. It is tree-lined and rarely busy, aside from residential traffic and parking. The street is typically quiet, and if there is any activity, it can be categorized as non-commercial and family-oriented. On a typical weekend day you will find children playing, individuals and families strolling and yard and rummage sales, in season. At the corner of the 3700 block, you will find a small neighborhood restaurant called Nina’s. Squire runs east and west and is broken by north and south streets across the city.
