"Also Known as ELP"
(4 Lane Arterial,6 lanes in some parts)
Eastlake Parkway.AKA ELP!!!What more can I say?This street has it all.Food,gas,stores,shopping,schools,malls,hangouts.Whatever!Street has a little more volume than most South Bay Streets but it's never a parking lot;even when the HS lets out.There are a few aprtments and condos JSO the HS,Wal Mart,In N out,Home Depot,Chase,Subway,3 Starbucks,Carls Jr and Chik Fil A and plenty more.Fun street to cruse as well.

Speed Limit:30 MPH from Lake to Otay Lakes
40 MPH from Otay Lakes just past the HS
45MPH from Trenidad Cove to streets end
