Eastshore Dr, Fernside

You can’t see San Leandro Bay from Eastshore Drive, but you can smell the bay and also probably see views from the backyard. Living close to any type of water has always been a dream of mine. The street has a rather laid back feel and that is very reflective in the atmosphere of the street. I have rarely ever seen people outside whenever I drive down this street. The houses are decent but you would expect better since they are so close to the Bay and there are never any boats parked in the private drives. Are these people aware that there is beach right outside of their doorsteps??? Normally this street is out of your way unless you live here or you are just exploring the area.
