Egewater Court and Edgewater Place is located about 15-20 minutes SSE of downtown Denver in the City of Lone Tree, CO.
Country Club Estates (HOA covenants are not overly restrictive, but people do tend to have agendas) is a small enclave (22 homeowners) adjacent to the 1st hole on the Lone Tree Golf Club and Hotel (www.lonetreegolfclubandhotel.com). The Arnold Palmer designed course is adequately managed by the South Suburban Recreation District.
The two culdesacs are kid friendly and virtually traffic free other than the occasional prospective home buyer looking to see if any homes are on the market. No homes have been listed for sale since 2005.
Top rated Douglas County elementary schools are within walking distance (3 city blocks).
Free Door-to-Door shuttle service provided by RTD will get you to Sky Ridge Medical Center, Park Meadows Mall or the Denver area mass transit light rail Lone Tree Station, which goes to the Denver Technology Center and downtown Denver.
