"At least it's next to the Baylands"
It's right next to the 101 freeway, and all the buildings look like warehouses. There are a couple redeeming values. There's plenty of parking, and easy to take walks in the Baylands.

"Perfect place to have have a Company"
Elwell Court is short and sweet. Nice office space with access to the Palo Alto Fiber ring. Immediately adjacent to the Bay Shore Park and near Shoreline Amphitheater.
