This street is well known for its entertainment facilities available there,it has several movie theaters and shopping malls, fun clubs, clubs.this is right for couples who live in a mobile life.It has also got good health cares and security concerns. It has a less traffic area which does not makes lots of pollution.overall its a good street for couples.

"fabulous views...peaceful and secure...."
our street has fabulous views of the sandia mts and the city lights....driving or walking down our street at night will take your breath away seeing the city lights and the vastness of the city....our street is backing up to the mountain as far back as any building can go......it's always quiet here, we have never heard any sirens....there is a faint sound of the nearby I-40...it's less than a mile from us...sooooo convienient to the airbase, hospital, university, downtown....just jump right on it and in a blink of an eye you are transported....our college student can catch the city bus 3/10 mile from here for FREE and it's a straight shot down to university of new mexico....the nieghbors are never out in the yards except on occassion....and there is always a wave....everyone seems to be busy working and there doesn't seem to be time to be real friendly although when they are outside we all wave back and forth....there are many dogwalkers and bike riders and joggers....the dogwalkers always wave and smile....bike riders and joggers never...they look all hot and aggravated and not at all in good moods...lol...there is a park here with a fabulous pile of rocks like a small mountain that is nice to climb and sit on to watch city lights....unfortunately, it is not recommended to go as teenagers have claimed it for thier spot where they throw beer cans and those huffing materials....sure would like to see something done about that as it is a really nice spot at nite....we have wonderful hiking and biking trails in the mountain just a rocks throw up the street...wonderful seeing the wildlife there....we have plenty of hummingbirds in our yard and jays...most of the street landscape is southwestern xeriscape style....some have grass......most all the homes on our street are very well manicured and kept up....there's always a bad apple somewhere...we have the freedom from no home association so we have to put up with one or two yards that are no so great, not bad, either, mind you....just not so great......children are not ever seen on our street...i don't think any live here...i think the people all have adult children or some teens.....i feel very safe on this street and bask in the beauty that accompanies it....
