"small business park"

Most of Encinitas Avenue is businesses of differing types. There is a Mc Donald's and a Denny's to the northwest. In the southwest is an ITT Tech building and a undeveloped region of land. Close to major freeways in this part of Los Angeles. Nearby Roxford exit can be confusing because of the multiple off ramps. Major traffic is caused by trucks and the business.
