"Great street in a great neighborhood!"
I've live on Eudora Street for 5 years and am very happy with the block and neighborhood. The proximity to Lindsley Park is great. Access to bus line 10 and 15 for an easy commute downtown. My only complaint is the weird sidewalks between 8th and 13th, they are more like giant curbs than sidewalks!

"Peaceful street in the heart of the city"
Park Hill is one of the most historic and beautiful neighborhoods in Denver, and Eudora is right in the middle of everything. It's close to the new, Stapleton development, so you get all the benefits of the shops and restaurants without having to live in a house identical to your neighbors'. The people are very friendly, and the sense of community is supported by the great parks and numerous churches. Quirky Denver Squares with 75-year old trees in the yard are mainstays of this great street.
