"Nice mix of inner city and residential"
Fairhaven Ave. in the city of Tustin was a nice neighborhood that I felt kept a good balance between having things in convenient places and not being to overcrowded where it took away from its appeal to potential residents .I like that these neighborhoods are around main streets like Tustin Ave. and 17th street which allows for easy access around town as well as good shopping centers. I especially like the one located on 17th and Tustin Ave. because there is a Claim Jumpers, Blockbuster video store and smaller food chains like Quizno’s when you’re on the go. The 22 frwy and the 55frwy would be the nearest highways nearby. Much of the area surrounding Fairhaven is business in nature so the areas are clean and rather busy during the day time hours. I think this street is best suited for singles or couples without children just because you have a sense of being near so much dining and entertainment it just seems like a better fit to me. There are a few networks of streets that are large single family homes that keep their distance from the busyness which is great if that’s what you’re looking for. The versatility of the neighborhoods here is what I like.
