Located in the heart of Clear Lake. On Fairwind Rd, you will find affordable, gated condos and townhomes that looked out to green belt that used to be a golf course. Minutes drive to major supermarkets, University of Houston Clear Lake, University of Phoenix and park and recreational center. Between major intersection of Bay Area Blvd and El Dorado Blvd that can take you to 45 Freeway where you can shop and dine in style.
