I love our house and I am very happy to live here; however, our builders are HORRIBLE to work with. Our gate is open 4 out 7 nights per week. When we moved in it took 8 months, multiple emails and phone calls for the builders to finish our punch list that was included in our contract and was supposed to be finished prior to move in. They never return phone calls. If you move into the neighborhood, make sure you get everything in writing with specific dead lines. Gene, Jim, Rusty and Wayne are IMPOSSIBLE to work with. Pedro is awesome; he does all the work, but only after Gene and Wayne get their act together!
I think once the home owners take over and the builders get out it will be much better. Be aware! We and our next door neighbors had our landscaping stolen out of our front yard one night, our landscaper had his edger stolen out of his truck while he was mowing the back yard, and our realtor had her purse stolen out of her car while we were signing our contract to move into the house! If the gate worked and the builders would leave it would be much better!
