"Quiet street in a well off neighborhood"
If you have the money, this is the ideal place to be in Yorba Linda! The homes and lots are huge and the streets above and behind it are all stacked so that everyone has a great view! There are trees and bushes everywhere as well as plenty of horse and walking trails to keep you in shape!
Fern Circle is a cul-de-sac, which is great for teaching your kids how to ride their bikes or letting them run around in without fear that someone will come tearing down the street and accidentally hit one of them. There are only six or seven homes on this street and everyone knows each other well and gets along. There are even neighborhood dinner parties!
Everyone maintains their house and yard and during the holidays, they get in the spirit and light their homes up festively.
Just down the road is a little strip mall with a Vons for your grocery needs. Although this street is set back in Yorba Linda, it is only a few minutes drive to the freeway and Bastanchury will actually take you all the way to Fullerton. Nearby is Esperanza High School which has a great football team!
