Filbert St, Sylmar

Filbert can be broken into two sections, the northern portion witch is residential, and the southern which is more business park. The northern half of the street is a great place to raise a family. There are open spaces nearby and proximity to hiking trails. Close to a freeway exit makes this location great. The southern half contains the Juvenile Hall and cable distribution receivers. Minor traffic mitigated by speed bumps.
