Flagstone Ct, Bel Air South

Split about 75-25. Most of the neighbors are wonderful, caring people who are more than willing to help you line-trim your backyard or shovel you out of your parking space when it snows. BUT.. the other few percent are the worst neighbors I've ever had. They say you don't have assigned parking spaces but expect a knock on your door if you or one of your guest accidentally park in the "Architectural Review Committees" spot. Total B.S. if you ask me. Also, don't expect any kindness if you decide to rent a home on this street, because are automatically looked down upon since you did not purchase the home and therefore you do not deserve the respect that the actual homeowners get. I'm super glad that we never bought the home we were in because I couldn't imagine having to pay an HOA fee to live near some of those people.

On another note, the street is pretty split between couples, families, and miserable single women who hate the world. If you have younger kids than I would say "go for it" but expect people to talk about.. well everything you or your kid does.
