the average price for a home in Forest Hill Extension, San Francisco is about $1 Milk, compared to other places, Forest Hill Extension has much less crime, so you won't feel threatened even on your afternoon and night jogs.

The average price for a home in Forest Hill Extension (aka Laguna Honda, to locals) is about $1 Mil from the stats that I've seen. That seems way high to me. My guess would be closer to $800 K because of location. The homes themsevles are nice buy very much on the smaller side.
