"Great place to live, quiet neighbors."
Are you ready for a nice & quiet neighborhood? Well you found one. Forest Lakes Preserve was started in mid 2002 and now has been finished for about 2 years. It is one of the smaller subdivisions in the area with about 246 homes. The price of these houses are somewhat lower now, then the comparable ones in the area.
The main entry way is Forest Preserve Blvd. and it is a 2 lane road with an 8ft median divider. It gives a perfect separation from your neighbors across the street. Regardless that you deal with all the traffic in and out from here, it is still a quiet street, with the occasional bike or car stereo noise. The neighbors on this street are friendly, and look out for your property when you are away. There are kids in the neighborhood, but they do not make much noise that would bother anyone. Therefore you can sit out in your backyard and enjoy the quiet evenings.
Shopping and restaurants are within 2-3 miles from here, and you will find the cuisine that you like. You also belong to some of the best school districts in the area.
