What are home prices like in Garment District, New York City at the lower, middle and top end of the market?

Sadly, the apartments are still kind of pricey considering this area was conceived of in hell. A one-bedroom starts at around $1800 - $2000 and the sky's the limit for how high up they can go. A lot of "luxury condos" have gone up in the neighborhood over the last few years that will charge upwards of 4 or 5 grand for a one-bedroom. If you can afford that, don't live in this area.
