"Hospital and university"

Home to Queens Hospital Center and Saint Johns university. Anywhere there is a university there tends to be a fun night life and a bit of trouble too. There are plenty of condos and multifamily homes. On street parking. Some single family homes with drive ways and garages for the owners to park in.
