what is the best public school around, and which one will fit for international

I'm sorry to say this, but I would highly recommend that no one send their kids to a public school in New York City. I know the private schools are outrageous so I would say, at the very least, a charter school. You have to start interviewing your kids for school in the city when they're around 2 years old, though.
